In this chapter:
All white collar employees (approximately 50,000 employees) are expected to participate in an e-learning course related to anti-corruption every three years. On site training for selected groups is conducted every year. Face-to-face meetings and discussions are important for creating awareness. In the past year and in years to come, thousands of employees have received and will receive on-site training through the Chief Compliance Officer or other members of the compliance network. In 2012, 3,601 employees were trained in anti-corruption both via e-learning and face-to-face training. Since 2010, when the e-learning course was launched, 31,952 have completed the training online.

An updated e-learning course on anti-corruption will be rolled out during the spring of 2013.
